Job Summary The Vice President, Marketing Strategy Lead on the Tenured Engagement Team will lead customer-focused initiatives designed to drive awareness, adoption, and repeat usage of our Business Banking payables and receivables products. This role owns the post-onboarding engagement strategy-focused on growth and retention through direct, multi-channel marketing across email, owned social and more. You will plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, defining positioning, messaging, and channel mix to deliver against awareness, adoption, and revenue targets. Partnering closely with Product, Analytics, Legal, and marketing colleagues, you will orchestrate campaigns from concept through delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget execution, and present strategies and results to senior leadership.
